~ Cocktail Fridays ~

INGREDIENTS

  • Petals of 2 edible flowers (such as pansy or nasturtium)
  • 2 ounces strongly brewed jasmine tea
  • 2 ounces American gin/New Western gin
  • 1½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ ounce elderflower liqueur

METHOD

Muddle the flower petals with the tea in a shaker.

Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake.

Pour directly into a Collins glass.
