INGREDIENTS
- Petals of 2 edible flowers (such as pansy or nasturtium)
- 2 ounces strongly brewed jasmine tea
- 2 ounces American gin/New Western gin
- 1½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1½ ounce elderflower liqueur
METHOD
Muddle the flower petals with the tea in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake.
Pour directly into a Collins glass.
