INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup (55 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust, baked for a few minutes longer than specified in the recipe
- 2 ounces (55 g) lox slices
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons capers (optional)
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice, plus lemon slices for serving
METHOD
Spread the cream cheese over the crust. Top with the lox, scatter the dill and capers on top, and finish with the lemon juice. Slice and serve.
